Terms of service
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and RapidRoute Transport LTD (“we”, “us”) for the use of Menuday, the web app and any related apps. By creating an account you accept them.
What Menuday is — and isn’t
Menuday helps you organise everyday meals: a plan built from your preferences, a shopping list, and suggestions for what to order when eating out. It is general wellbeing information, not medical, dietetic or nutritional advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other health professional. Restaurant suggestions and portions are things to ask for; we cannot guarantee a venue’s ingredients, allergens, opening hours or prices. If you have a medical condition, allergy or are pregnant, check with a professional before changing how you eat.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your e-mail account secure: anyone who can read your e-mail can sign in as you. Tell us at hello@menuday.app if you think someone else has used your account.
Subscriptions and payment
- Personal plans: a free period without a card, then a subscription billed monthly or yearly in Australian dollars through Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A card trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
- You can cancel at any time from the app (Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it (including the Australian Consumer Law) or where the service has been unavailable for a prolonged time.
- Practice plans for nutritionists and coaches are billed monthly per practice with a client limit per tier.
Practices and invited clients
If a practitioner invites you, they can see whether you confirmed your meals and water each week. They cannot see your notes, allergens or health details. You can leave a practice at any time by deleting your account or asking the practitioner to remove you. Practitioners are responsible for their own professional advice and for complying with the rules of their profession.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to access other people’s data, no reselling. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
Your plan and settings are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service. You can export or delete them at any time (see the Privacy policy).
Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot promise it. We may change features, prices (with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers) or these terms; we will tell you about material changes in the app or by e-mail.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live. Contact: RapidRoute Transport LTD, hello@menuday.app.
